4: User Management
Manage Users
Add Users
Navigate to Settings in the side navigation menu.
Select the Users tab.
Click on the Add Users button.
Select a role for the user and enter their email address.
Click Invite.
Remove Users
Navigate to Settings in the side navigation menu.
Select the Users tab.
Select the more options icon next to the user you would like to delete and select Remove User.
A window will display asking you to confirm that you would like to delete the user. Select Yes, Remove.
User Roles
Overview
ArborXR has five predefined roles: Organization Owner, Admin, Member, Facilitator and Device Setup App User. The permissions assigned to these five predefined roles are listed at the end of this article.
While the permissions assigned to Admin, Member and Facilitator can be modified, the permissions assigned to Organization Owner and Device Setup App User cannot.
Custom roles can be created and ArborXR offers a CRUD (create, read, update, and delete) system for each.
Create Custom Roles
Navigate to Settings in the side navigation menu.
Select the Roles tab.
Click Add Role.
Enter a Role Name.
Optionally add a Role Description and Copy Permissions From an existing role.
Click Save.
Scroll down to Permissions then click Expand All.
Assign relevant permissions to the new role then scroll down and click Apply Changes.
After clicking Apply Changes, the new role is created and can now be assigned to new or existing users via the Users page.

Organization Owner:
The permissions assigned to Organization Owners cannot be modified.
